coaching and co-production

Hello from Malawi. The themes of the conference are applicable to much of what I have seen across Africa. Unfortunately there still seems to be an ‘us helping them’ and a ‘you must help us’ attitude which is in direct contrast to independant action and sustainable development.

Stay calm…..10 weeks and counting!!

We’ve been planning this conference since Edgar offered to lead it back in October 2011. The shortage of funds hasn’t deterred us so far and some amazing people and organizations have stepped forward to contribute their time and expertise.

It’s been rather humbling to experience the generosity of people wanting to help make it happen. So many people willing to support a collaborative approach to staging this event, wanting to welcome Dr Edgar Cahn back to North Wales where he will lead a Big Conversation to explore the contribution that coaching, co-production and time banking, together, can make to empower communities and create well-being.

We have a busy time ahead, planning for the 2 May. The success of this event very much depends on the contributions of many people willing to help with the tasks involved in such a venture!

If you would like to contribute in any way please do get in touch.
